PilotOne II works with Phonak Venture and BeLong range from around early 2015 onward up to but not including the newer Phonak Marvel and Paradise ranges. These remote controls are also not suitable for the previous Core and Spice range
The Phonak PilotOne II controls volume adjustments, you can toggle between programs and the PilotOne includes a handy ‘Home’ button to put your hearing aid settings back to the start positions. The PilotOne’s simple interface makes it really easy to use.
Compatibility for PilotOne II includes Phonak Audeo, Virto, Bolero and Naida V and B with wireless compatibility (NOT Audeo B-Direct), and in the NHS Sky V and Nathos Auto.
The majority of petite models will work but sometimes space considerations mean the telecoil has been removed if remote control facility is initially thought to be not required. If unsure on compatibility please contact us.
NB. The Phonak PilotOne II will need to be paired to your Phonak hearing aids for it to work. You will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service). PilotOne II does not work with all hearing aids in the Phonak range, our suggestion is that you contact us via our webform on the Contacts page with details before purchase and we will advise accordingly.
