Phonak CROS Tube (specifically for Phonak CROS instruments ONLY and either a left OR a right tube) – £8.95 each

This listing is for a thin tube and NOT for a hearing aid.

Phonak and Unitron have three versions of Slim / Micro Tubes. For all slim / micro tube fittings previous to Phonak Spice / Unitron Era range (launched in 10/2010) we have Phonak Slim Tubes / Unitron Moda that have a screw fitting (thread inside the housing), and Phonak Micro Tubes / Unitron Moda II that are a pop fit.

The newer Phonak and Unitron hearing aids from approximately 2011 onwards use the HE Slim Tubes which also have an external screw fitting (as below).

We can also supply Phonak CROS slim tubes that are specifically compatible with Phonak CROS B and CROS II hearing aids, typically for either the right side or the left side.

Phonak / Unitron HE Slim Tubes – These HE Slim Tubes are for the newer ranges of Phonak Spice and Unitron Era onwards (roughly 2011 and newer). These tubes are a screw fit, the thread of the screw is on the outside of the tube where it connects to the hearing aid whereas with older slim tubes and Moda tubes the thread is on the inside of the tube where it connects to the hearing aid and less visible.

Phonak CROS Tubes – These tubes are specifically and only for Phonak CROS instruments, and a Phonak CROS instrument would be only on one side (and transmitting audio to the opposite hearing aid). Therefore you should only ever need to order a Phonak CROS tube for either the left side or the right side, not both.

If unsure what type of tube to choose even after considering the compatibility guide above please contact us with your specific model of hearing aid (with serial number if you have it) for advice before placing your order. This information is printed on the inside spine of the hearing aid.

Please make sure you are confident which size and type of tube you are ordering as we can’t accept tubes back that have been used due to hygiene considerations.

NB. You need to select from the drop down menus the type of tube, its size and also which side. At the end that points into your ear you will see a number, blue denotes a left tube, red denotes a right tube and the number itself is the size of the tube you need to order.

Domes are here, hearing aid not included!
