We can send the hearing aids to the ‘all make repair shop’ or direct to the original manufacturers.

If you pay for an out of warranty repair the device then has a further 6 months manufacturers warranty attached to it.

Wireless Accessories
Phonak, Unitron, Widex and ReSound have a 2 year manufacturers warranty as standard, and Oticon, Signia and Starkey have a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Once outside the standard manufacturers warranty, and also inside that when a repair can be attributed to ‘user damage’, a ‘repair outside warranty’ charge is applied.
