N.B. This device is compatible with the Signia NX, X, AX and IX (inc BCT) bluetooth hearing aid ranges, also NHS Signia Stretta and is NOT compatible with older products or any CIC / IIC / Silk versions.
Also compatible with newer Rexton and Audioservice ranges and Specsavers Advance x18, x19 and x80 bluetooth hearing aid range where ‘x’ signifies the technology level (eg 218, 519 or 818). Not compatible with entry level Specsavers Advance (118, 119, 180 or any CIC, IIC or Silk IF product).
It is NOT backwards compatible with older products than listed above. If unsure please ask us for clarification.

TV Sound transmits high-quality television sound straight to the hearing aids, to enhance to enhance the television-watching experience.
The volume can be adjusted conveniently by using the handy Signia App, and setting up the wireless TV connection is as easy as 1-2-3 because TV Sound has a wide variety of connections to suit any type of TV, including a TosLink cable for optical audio, and 3.5mm for analogue audio. Ships with a micro USB charger cable.
Pairing TV Sound TV Transmitter to your hearing aids is easy, simply switch both your hearing aids and TV Sound off and back on again, sit the aids next to the TV Sound and wait 30 seconds while the pairing process completes. As long as you have the Signia app on your phone paired to your hearing aids you can select the audio from the TV Sound and that’s it! If you don’t have the app you need to download it or ask your audiologist to allocate a program on your hearing aids to be able to select the TV Sound as an audio stream. If you are still having problems try deleting the app and re-installing but select to connect the hearing aids to the app via bluetooth and not manual or QR code. Additional Help
